Connect Square Online with TikTok

From February 28th 2023, Square merchants will be required to manage their TikTok Catalog and Storefront directly on TikTok. From this date, the TikTok x Square Integration will no longer be visible to existing Square sellers that have installed the integration. We continue to work both internally and with Square to enhance the overall experience for Square sellers on TikTok. Please read through the recommended next steps for your business outlined below:

How will I manage my TikTok Storefront moving forward?

You will be able to manage your TikTok Storefront directly on Store Manager using your TikTok For Business account. Store Manager allows you to control which products you want to display or hide on your Storefront. To add/remove products from your catalog go to TikTok Ads Manager.

What will happen to my TikTok Business Accounts?

No change. You can continue to manage your TikTok for Business Accounts directly on TikTok Business Center.

Will my Pixel be affected?

No, you can continue to use and manage your TikTok Pixel on TikTok Ads Manager.

Can I still access the TikTok Integration from my Square Dashboard?

You can access the TikTok x Square Integration from your dashboard until February 28th 2023. After this date, you will need to refer to your TikTok for Business account.

What will happen to my TikTok Catalog?

You will be able to manage your existing catalog on TikTok Ads Manager, under ‘Assets’. After February 28th 2023, your TikTok catalog will no longer automatically sync updates from your Square Online website.

Can I continue to use the TikTok x Square Integration?

Yes, you can continue to use the integration as normal until February 28th 2023. After this date, the integration will no longer be visible on your Square Dashboard.
