Pay negative balance on your Square Dashboard

We know that business isn’t always predictable and you may have an outstanding balance that needs to be repaid to Square. You can easily and immediately resolve your outstanding balance right from your online Square Dashboard.

To make a payment:

1. Sign in to your online Square Dashboardand click Pay balance.

2. Fill out the payment details.

3. Click Review payment. 

4. Click Pay Balance to complete the payment. 

We will send a receipt to your email on file. Once the payment is complete, your Square balance is adjusted automatically.
