Square Recovery Resolution Centre
We know that business isn’t always predictable and that scheduling regular account payments may not work at the moment. That’s why we’ve created the Recovery Resolution Centre to make it easier to resolve your outstanding balance on your own terms.
To make a payment:
Visit the Square Recovery Resolution Centre.
Select your preferred payment amount(s).
Click Add to Cart and then select Checkout.
Fill out the account holder’s details. Note: Please ensure you use the same email address as your Square account so we can record your payment to your balance.
Enter your payment information, including card number, expiry date and CVV. Enter the billing postcode linked to your card.
If you have an outstanding balance after this payment, you can tick Save my information for a faster checkout and enter your mobile phone number. Next time you check out using the Recovery Centre, we will send you a text message to access your saved information.
Click Place Order to finalise your payment.
You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is successful.
To make a custom payment:
Visit the Square Recovery Resolution Centre.
Click on Custom Payment.
Enter the payment amount - the minimum is $1.00.
Click Donate.
Review your payment amount then click Checkout.
Fill out the account holder’s details. Note: Please ensure you use the same email address as your Square account so we can record your payment to your balance.
Enter your payment information, including card number, expiry date and CVV.
If you have an outstanding balance after this payment, you can tick Save my information for a faster checkout and enter your mobile number. Next time you check out using the Recovery Centre, we will send you a text message to access your saved information.
Click Place Order to finalise your payment.
You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is successful.
Once we receive the payment, we’ll adjust your Square balance within two business days.
You can always revisit the Square Recovery Resolution Centre at any time.
