We’re excited for you to preview Digital Assistant, a new feature that allows your clients to respond directly to SMS appointment reminders and confirm, reschedule, or cancel upcoming appointments. This digital receptionist can save you the time and hassle of managing your own appointments, and will automatically update your Square Appointments’ calendar.
What to expect with the Digital Assistant:
Drive down your no-show rate. Because clients are now able to respond to SMS appointment reminders, Digital Assistant will handle rebookings for you, so that you’ll improve your no show rate!
Get time back. Rather than handle the scheduling and rebooking of clients yourself, let our Digital Assistant move your appointments automatically - all without you needing to check your calendar!
