How to Contact Square Loans
Contacting us about Square Loans is easy. There are three ways you can contact us. You can speak with one of our Support Team members over the phone, send us an email or visit Seller Community to see if your question has already been answered.
Follow the instructions below to learn how you can send us an email:
Navigate to Banking > Loans in your Square Dashboard.
Click on View Details of your current active loan.
Click on the Question Mark on the top-right corner.
Click on Contact Us and choose the topic that best fits your question. If you don’t see your issue listed, please select I don’t see my issue.
Click on Email Us.
After submitting your inquiry, a member of the Square Loans team will typically get back to you within one to three working days. Thanks in advance for your patience!
Give us a call to speak with a member of our Support Team. If there’s a long hold time, feel free to use the callback option – we’ll save your place in line and call you back when it’s your turn.
Our customer service number is 0800 098 8008. We’re available Monday to Friday 9am to 5am.

Through Seller Community
Our Seller Community is an online forum where you can ask questions to other sellers and Square specialists or give advice to other Square business owners.
