Troubleshoot Google Workspace for Square Online
Whenever your experience accessing or managing Google Workspace through Square Online needs improvement, try the troubleshooting steps below.
Unable to Log In
If you’re unable to log in to your Google Workspace account:
Log in at admin.google.com and accept the terms of service.
For “Use admin email” errors, ensure you’ve logged in with your Google admin account.
Account Access Blocked
If you’re unable to access your Google Workspace account:

Unable to Send and Receive Emails
If you’re unable to send or receive emails:
For Square domains: Ensure your MX records point to Google and your DNS records point to Square. Learn how to manage records for Square Online domains for more information.
For third-party domains: Contact your provider to ensure your MX records point to Google and your DNS records point to Square.
Billing Issues
If you’re unable to renew your Google Workspace subscription:
Ensure your MX records point to Google and your DNS records point to Square.
Ensure your billing information is updated.
Note: For other billing inquiries, such as taking advantage of Google’s other services and features within Google Workspace, contact Square support to move your Google Workspace subscription out of Square’s reseller account and into direct billing with Google.
