Set up your Thanx integration with Square
About Thanx and Square
Thanx is a third-party ordering and loyalty platform that integrates with Square as a managed online sales channel. Once connected, Square manages the channel, menu configuration, and publishing. Thanx owns the branded ordering and loyalty experience for your customers.
Orders placed through Thanx flow into your Square account. You can manage menus, update menu hours, and view Thanx orders in your Square reports — all from Square Dashboard.
Before you begin
The Thanx integration is available for U.S.-based sellers who use Square for Restaurants, or sellers with full service, quick service, or bar mode enabled in the Square Point of Sale app.
You must first authorize the Square connection from your Thanx account. Contact your Thanx account representative if you need help with this step.
You need at least one menu created in your Square account. Learn how to Create and update menus.
Your locations must be set up in Square before you can connect them to Thanx.
