Restaurant365 and Square

Restaurant365 (R365) is an integrated, all-in-one restaurant enterprise management solution that streamlines accounting, operations, workforce, and business intelligence leading to improved efficiency, profitability, and enhanced guest experiences.

Integration features

R365 connects with Square POS to sync your previous day’s sales and labor data from Square on a daily basis.

Sales data included in the data pull:

  • Sales ticket detail

    • Menu items

    • Server (if applicable)

  • Payment information

  • Paid outs

Labor data includes punch data and by default will look back for labor edits for punches made in the last 14 days.

This creates a Daily Sales Summary (DSS) in Restaurant365 for managing accounting needs around daily sales and labor.

Syncing Requirements

  1. Follow Step 2 of the Square Getting Started Guide after which the restaurant ID needs to be shared with R365 support so they can set up the cloud integration.

  2. Once set up, the R365 cloud integration will poll sales and labor data from Square on a daily basis (default is 4am local restaurant time) to pull the previous day’s data.
