Square Appointment's Quick View for Reservations

With the new Quick View for reservations, you’ll be able to process payments, view client details, and notes directly from your Square Calendar!

To take a payment on the new quick view screen, follow these steps:

  1. Head to your online Square Dashboard

  2. Select Appointments on the top left

  3. Select Calendar

  4. Choose the appointment you’d like to make a payment for

  5. Select Take Payment at the top right

To take a payment on the appointment edit page:

  1. Head to your online Square Dashboard

  2. Select Appointments on the top left

  3. Select Calendar

  4. Choose the appointment you’d like to make a payment for

  5. Click Edit appointment at the bottom

  6. Select Take Payment at the top right

Note: To ensure that your clients receive an email receipt after payment, double-check that there is an email address associated with the appointment

If you need to send a receipt after processing a payment on your calendar, please follow these steps:

  1. Head to your Appointments Calendar

  2. Select the associated appointment

  3. Click on the payment that you processed on the right

  4. Select Send Receipt at the top

  5. Enter your client’s email address

  6. Select Send Receipt
