Customise Invoice Permissions in Team Management

If you’re using Square’s Team Management features, you can also give your team members access to view, edit, create and delete invoices and estimates. Enabling this feature includes access to item and customer data for creating invoices.

To make sure Square Invoices access is checked:

  1. Navigate to Team in your online Square Dashboard.

  2. Click Permissions.

  3. Click on Team Permissions or your custom permission set.

  4. Click on Invoices and ensure it is toggled on. Note: If the permission set has Full Access then Invoices access is automatically enabled.

  5. Click Continue > Save.
