Our support assistant is an artificial intelligence (AI) feature powered by our third-party partners. It uses publicly available information about Square products and services to answer common questions about Square accounts. It doesn’t use AI to access your account data or make any changes to your account.
AI may make mistakes so keep that in mind when interacting with the support assistant. By sharing content in this forum you acknowledge that you are interacting with and providing content to an AI system, and your use of the Square support assistant is subject to the Square Terms of Service, including the Square Generative AI Terms and Square Privacy Policy. You agree not to include any sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information in the content you provide.

Locate and click the Contact button.
