GoParrot and Square

GoParrot is an online ordering platform for restaurants that creates a simple, easy-to-use system for pickups and deliveries. GoParrot supports web, mobile, and chat ordering—customers can place an order via Facebook Messenger, Slack, Alexa, and more. With mobile login, there’s no need to remember a password.

With the GoParrot and Square integration:

  • You can manage both online and in-person order fulfillment directly from your Square Point of Sale app.

  • Customer information is automatically saved but you have the option to create a Card on File.

  • You can view customer insights from your GoParrot dashboard to build personalised product suggestions, up-sell promotions, and add targeted messaging to the online ordering flow.

Integrate with GoParrot

  1. Visit the Apps section of your online Square Dashboard.

  2. Click Visit App Marketplace.

  3. Search for GoParrot in the search bar > click Search.

  4. Under GoParrot, click Get Started.

  5. Allow permissions to access your Square account information.
