About vendor sales reports
A vendor sales report allows you to track item sales by vendor to understand how each of your vendors are performing, as well as additional insights for each item sold.
Before you begin
Vendor sales report is available on your Square Dashboard. You cannot see the vendor sales report on your POS app. For detailed analysis, you can sort vendor sales by vendor or date range.

Track vendor sales
To track your item sales sorted by vendor for a specific location:
Sign in to your Square Dashboard, then go to Reporting > Reports.
Select Inventory Reports > Vendor Sales.
Use the date selector in the top-left corner to choose the date range you’d like to view, or enter custom dates.
Select the location(s) you’d like to see if you have more than one location.
Identify missing vendors
To identify missing vendors from your historical adjustments:
Sign in to your Square Dashboard, then go to Items & Orders > Items > Inventory Management > History.
Click Add Vendor.
Enter the appropriate vendor to Vendor Name in the Receive Detail pop-up.
Click Save.
