About Square for Franchises
Square for Franchises is an integrated franchise management solution that creates a unified customer experience across menus, loyalty programs, gift cards, and online ordering.
Before you begin
Make sure you have an active Square for Franchises subscription. If you don’t, learn how to sign up for Square for Franchises.
Subscription Plans for Square for Franchises are provided to participating Franchisors based on their business type and needs. This can include individual services, such as loyalty programs, as well as all in one Premium or Point of Sale Plans. Franchisors can invite franchisees to participate.
Step 1: Add your business information
Once you sign up for Square for Franchises, enter the name and description of your business.
Step 2: Link or create your Square account
To use Square for Franchises, a Square account is required. If you have not yet signed up for Square, learn how to set up your Square Account.
If you have a Square account, select Link existing Square account and follow the prompts to link your account to Square for Franchises.
Step 3: Import locations
Select all or some of your business locations to sync with Square for Franchise, then select Import. You can also add existing locations or create new franchise locations after you set up your account. Learn how to add and authorize locations to your Square for Franchises account.
