Set up your Square for Franchises dashboard
When you log in for the first time, you will see steps to access your Square for Franchises dashboard.
On the Add Merchant screen, enter your Business Name and Description.
On the Add a store screen, select Import stores from Square.
On the Import Stores screen, select the locations you want to import and click Connect to complete your dashboard setup.
Invite Franchisees is another method that can be used to invite/add franchisees.
Go to the Locations tab on the Merchant Level.
From the top right corner, click on Add Organization and select the first option “Invite Franchisee (I don’t have credentials)".
Enter the email address of the franchisee manager you want to invite to add the location.
Click “Save and Send Invite”.
As soon as the location/locations are added, make sure to verify the accuracy of the information with the franchisee or franchisor making sure that the contact details, store address and titles are correct before proceeding to launch.
Add your organization
Once you import your stores to your Square for Franchises dashboard, you can connect all location accounts to your corporate account at once if your locations are under one Square account. Same as for the option Invite Franchisee, the information about all locations is pulled automatically into the dashboard.
From your Square for Franchises dashboard, click Locations.
Click Add Organization and select Connect organization from the drop-down menu.
Enter your Square account information.
Verify and correct the necessary information for each location.
