Use a Free Subdomain as the Address for Your Site

If you don’t have your own domain name and aren’t ready to buy one, you can use a free subdomain, like yournamehere.weebly.com.

When you publish your website for the first time, you’ll be prompted to set your site address if you haven’t already done so. If you want to set the site address before publishing or change it later, just go to Settings > General in the site editor and click Change next to the site address.

On the next screen, type in the text of the subdomain you want to use for your site in the search box. This process will check to make sure the subdomain isn’t taken and check for any available domain names that match.

Click Choose next to the subdomain on this screen to set the site address. Make sure to publish your site when you’re ready.
