About copyright and trademark infringement 

Square respects the copyright and trademark rights of others and asks that our customers do the same. As such, Square has adopted a Copyright and Trademark Policy with respect to third-party material that infringes the copyrights or trademarks of others and we respond to all valid notices of infringement.

Report copyright or trademark infringement 

If you believe that third-party material posted on or accessible through Square’s applications, websites, and services constitutes infringement of your copyright or trademark rights, please send a notice of infringement to Square’s designated agent by filing a report.

While the online form is the easiest and quickest way to submit your complaint, you can also write to Square’s designated agent at the address below. If you send written correspondence, please provide all the necessary information in the mail.
