ClinicSense and Square

Square integrates with ClinicSense, so you can switch from paper client files to online SOAP notes and intake forms. ClinicSense allows you to completely customize the forms associated with your massage therapy business, as well as automate sending them to clients based on the service they booked. You can also give your clients the option to book instantly through their online scheduling tool.

Integrate with ClinicSense

To integrate ClinicSense with your Square account, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the App integrations section of your online Square Dashboard > click Visit App Marketplace.

  2. Search for ClinicSense in the search bar > click Search.

  3. Under ClinicSense, click Get Started.

  4. Allow permissions to access your Square account information.

Payments and Reporting

You’ll receive transfers for your ClinicSense transactions just like your Square Point of Sale payments – following your transfer schedule.
