GoParrot and Square

GoParrot is an online ordering platform for restaurants that creates a simple, easy-to-use system for pickups and deliveries. GoParrot supports web, mobile and chat ordering—customers can place an order via Facebook Messenger, Slack, Alexa and more. With mobile login, there’s no need to remember a password.

With the GoParrot and Square integration, you can manage both online and in-person order fulfillment directly from your Square Point of Sale app. Customer information is automatically saved and you have the option to create a Card on File.

From your GoParrot dashboard, you can also view customer insights to build personalized product suggestions, up-sell promotions and add targeted messaging to the online ordering flow.
