Square's Standard Transfer Schedule

Square Payments

Whether you’re selling in person, online, or on the go, Square can help you process nearly any kind of payment, any way you want.

After you activate a Square Point of Sale account and link a bank account, funds are automatically sent to your linked account per our standard transfer schedule.

With our standard schedule:

  • Payments taken before 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET will be available in your bank account the next business day. Payments accepted on Friday before 5 p.m. PT may post to your bank account Monday morning, not Saturday morning (depending on your bank’s processing speeds).

  • Payments taken after 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET will be available in your bank account by the second business day.

  • Transfers are not sent on Saturdays.
