About online ordering report reports
You can view reports and metrics related to your Square Franchises with a wide range of data on various aspects of your business. Your online ordering report includes data around your online ordering and app sales.
For online ordering, you can view reports for:
Sales
Payments
Customers
Items
Modifiers
Discounts
Orders
Loyalty
Gift cards
You can access the Reports page both on the merchant level or by location. On the merchant level, you can select and view data on one, some or all of your locations and compare based on item sales, discounts, modifiers and loyalty rewards.
Before you begin
You can view reports for Square for Franchises through your Square for Franchises dashboard.

View online ordering reports
- Sign your Square for Franchises dashboard and select Reporting> Online ordering reports.
- Select a reporting topic, for example, Sales.
- Filter data by selecting a location and predefined or custom time period. Some topics may have additional filters, for example, sales data can be filtered by day, month or year, dining options and platforms.
- Select Export as needed to download a CSV file of the report.
- Sign your Square for Franchises dashboard and select Online sales reports > Online Sales Reports.
- Select a reporting topic, for example, Sales.
- Filter data by selecting a location and predefined or custom time period. Some topics may have additional filters, for example, sales data can be filtered by day, month or year, dining options and platforms.
- Select Export as needed to download a CSV file of the report.
