  • About setting up a loyalty status page

    The online loyalty status page is a unique link you can share with your customers — Square Marketing email campaigns, links on your website, or social media pages — that allows them to use their phone number to check their loyalty status at your business.

    Before you begin 

    Customers can view how many points they earned just by looking at their digital receipt once they have made an eligible purchase. Customers can click on the loyalty status page link on the receipt for more information about the loyalty program, including available rewards and a record of their loyalty activities.

    If collecting information for use with Square Marketing, only send marketing communications to customers who have consented to receive marketing emails from your business. You are responsible for ensuring the customers on your list have given explicit permission to contact them and for compliance with all applicable laws. Review our terms for additional information.

    View and share a loyalty status page

    1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Marketing & loyalty > Loyalty > Marketing > Other.

    2. Click View site or Copy link to view or share your business' loyalty status page.
