Reporting with Square Kiosk

Who is this article for?
This article is for business owners or team members using Square Kiosk during the open beta period. Square Kiosk requires a subscription to either Square for Restaurants Free, Plus, or Premium. During this open beta period, you have access to Square Kiosk software with your Square for Restaurants subscription with no additional monthly charge.

Before you begin

Square Kiosk combines hardware, software, and payments — an all-in-one self-service ordering solution. To participate in the beta program, visit the following link on your desktop or laptop: Get Started with Square Kiosk.

View and download your kiosk reports

To view and download your sales summaries and reports for Square Kiosk:

  1. Visit your Square Dashboard and navigate to Reports.

  2. Use the date selector tool to refine a date range. Note: Click the middle of the date selector tool to see a full calendar view.

  3. Select All Day or Custom to specify a time period for your report in hours.

  4. Select All Locations or manually choose locations to review.

  5. Filter by device nickname(s) and select the name of your kiosk device(s). 

  6. Click Export to download a CSV file to your computer, which you can open using Microsoft Excel or another common spreadsheet program or financial software.
