Manage Multiple Square Online Orders
Depending on the order status, you can perform certain actions en masse right from the order list. This is handy if, for example, you want to print receipts to ship with multiple different orders.
The following actions can be performed on multiple orders at the same time:
Pending orders can be cancelled or printed. You can also create multiple shipping labels for orders that will be shipped.
Orders marked as shipped can be printed or marked as returned.
Orders with non-physical items can be marked as complete.
All orders can be batch printed regardless of status or type.
To change the status of multiple orders, go to your dashboard and click Orders. Select the checkbox next to any order you want to act on and then click the appropriate button at the top right of the page.
Note: Certain actions (refunding and marking as shipped) can only be performed one at a time from the individual order details page. This is because these actions require additional information, so it isn’t possible to process in bulk.
