Setmore Appointments is free online customer appointment scheduling that’s beautifully designed and super intuitive. Book an appointment in just a few clicks from the admin calendar, or give customers a direct path to book an appointment from your website or your Facebook page. For every new appointment, Setmore offers the following options:
Send confirmation emails to both the customer and staff member
Automatically schedule future emails
Sync the appointment with your Google or Office calendar
Give the customer a reschedule link in case they need to change their booking
With Setmore, your Square transactions are tied to their appointments, making it easier to track payments and refunds. Customers can also pay via credit or debit card as they book their appointments online. This means you get to ensure a firm commitment from new customers, cut down on potential no-shows with a non-refundable deposit, and focus on quality of service at the time of the appointment.

Get Started With Setmore
Visit the Apps section of your online Square Dashboard, scroll down to Setmore, and click Get Started. You can also visit the Setmore website to learn more about the integration and activate your account.
You can sign up for a free Setmore account and use it for as long as you want, or upgrade to Premium plans that range up to $25 a month for advanced tools. You can learn more about Setmore pricing on their website.
Payments and Reporting
With the Setmore and Square integration, businesses can accept payments on their booking page or the Setmore iOS/Android app
Payments processed with Setmore will appear in your transaction history on your online Square Dashboard, where you can also view sales summaries and reports. You’ll receive transfers from payments automatically following your Square transfer schedule.
