Note: Online Store purchases can be refunded within 120 days of the original payment date. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment card.

You can find the merchant’s contact information in the order confirmation email you received or on their Online Store.

How do I update my payment card information and shipping address for online purchases?

If you sign in during the checkout process, any edits made to your billing information will be saved for future purchases.

How do I unsubscribe from Square emails?

You can adjust your email preferences by clicking Unsubscribe or Manage Preferences at the bottom of any email you receive from Square. Your changes will take effect shortly.

Note: You may still receive transaction or order related emails if you purchase from a Square business in the future.
