About Franchisor Customer Directory
To help franchisors better manage and triage customer support inquiries, we are enabling franchisors to search for their customers across their entire franchise by name, email and phone numbers within theirSquare Dashboard. Franchisors can view customer contact information and time & location(s) visited.
How to use the Franchisor Customer Directory
You can access the Franchisor Customer Directory from your Square operating merchant account. After you log in to that account:
Navigate to Marketing & loyalty > Customer Directory
Click Franchise Directory.
To search for a customer, enter a name, email or phone number in the search box. Hit Enter.
The search results will show matches and list the name, email, phone, first location visited, last location visited and all locations visited.
