View email marketing campaign reports

  • About email marketing campaign reports

    Email marketing campaign reports provide a comprehensive breakdown of your campaign results, showing the number of people who opened your email, clicked to learn more, and made purchases due to your campaign.

    Before you begin 

    • Access all your email marketing campaign reports in Square Dashboard.

    • You can track attributable sales and purchases (the amount of money you make from sales and the number of purchases) by customers who have viewed a Square Marketing-generated email or Facebook campaign and then made an in-store purchase within 14 days of viewing the campaign.

    • To view metrics for marketing campaigns, you need to create and send at least one campaign. Learn more about how to create marketing campaigns.

    View reporting on a marketing campaign

    1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Marketing > Campaigns.

    2. By default, all your campaigns will be shown. To filter by campaign type, click Campaign Status: to view All, Active, Draft, Scheduled, Recurring Completed, or Cancelled campaigns.

    3. Click the campaign to view an individual report.

    1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Marketing > Overview or Marketing >Campaigns.

    2. Next to the relevant campaign, click (•••) and View Report.
