Square Online Order Manager Deprecation FAQ
What is changing?
From July 30, 2023, the current Square Online Order Manager page will be depreciated.
The replacement Orders page is already available in your online Square Dashboard. Navigate to Items & Orders > Orders. Nothing will change in the way you manage online orders using any Square mobile app or Square hardware device.
What new features are available?
Tools exclusively available on the new Orders page:
Print professional packing slips for shipping orders
Change the pickup time of orders and notify customers
Mark orders as complete in bulk
Export orders to a spreadsheet
More features are coming this year. Even if you do not use these new features, the new Orders page will load orders faster and be more reliable.
