Select Set up location or Edit to manage your location’s fulfilment settings.
Under Workflow, select when you want your collection and local delivery tickets to print.
Complete all other details and select Save when finished.
If you print order tickets based on the collection and delivery time, order tickets will print based on how much prep time is required before the order is due. If you print order tickets as soon as the order is placed, all order tickets will print immediately, even when the order is scheduled for a future collection or delivery time.

If you don’t want all of your online order notifications to go to your Square account email address, you can update your preferences in Square Online to send notifications to as many as three different email addresses. When a customer places an order through Square Online, they’ll receive a receipt from the Square Online site only. These can be customised from your Square Online Overview page in Communications > Email & Text Alerts.
