Use Square at Your Event
We want your event to run as smoothly as possible. Review the tips below to make sure you feel prepared and comfortable using Square, so you can enjoy yourself and focus on connecting with your customers:
Square requires an active internet connection to process payments. For mobile devices, this can be either a Wi-Fi connection or a data service such as 3G, 4G, 5G or EDGE. If you are unable to connect to a network at your event, you can enable Offline Mode to accept payments. Learn more about accepting payments in Offline Mode.
Make sure you’re using the most recent version of the Square app on your device to access the latest fixes and features.
