Add a Cookie Banner to Square Online with Cookiebot

Add a Cookie Banner with Cookiebot
Square Online allows you to add a cookie banner to your site with our partner Cookiebot. To add a Cookiebot cookie banner to your site:
In your Square Online Overview page, go to Website > Site Preferences.
Under Cookie Consent, select Set up cookie consent.
Choose either a free or premium banner, and select Next to continue.
Follow all provided prompts and select Save when finished.
Note: Changes to your cookie consent banner can take up to 24 hours to appear on your site.
About Cookiebot Free
When you select the free Cookiebot option, you can choose to display the cookie consent banner in light or dark mode. You’ll also get features such as:

About Cookiebot Premium
When you select the Cookiebot Premium option and upgrade, you’ll go through the Cookiebot upgrade flow in a new tab where you’ll need to collect a CBID (Cookiebot identification). Paste it into the CBID field in your Square Online tab before you select Save.
Note: Make sure your site is published before you upgrade to Cookiebot Premium.
