Reader Connection Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble connecting your reader to your mobile or tablet device, please try the following steps:
Reset the reader by holding the power button down for 20 seconds, until you see the red lights.
Forget the reader from the bluetooth settings of your device.
Turn your bluetooth off and on again.
Make sure you have the most up to date iOS or Android version, as well as the most up to date version of your Square app.
