Zoho Books and Square
Simplify small business accounting. Streamline your business processes, automate workflows and get quick insights on business performance. Connect your Square account to Zoho Books to automatically track sales, refunds, Square fees and more.
Note: If you manage multiple locations from your Square account, you’ll need to enable this app for each location you wish to use with this integration.
Integrate With Zoho Books
To begin using Zoho Books, select the monthly subscription plan from your Zoho Books account. When you select a subscription plan, you’ll be sent to Square to enter your billing information. Square accepts all major credit and debit cards with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover logo.
While your billing information for Zoho Books is managed through your Square account, Zoho Books features, services and plan changes are managed by Zoho Books directly. To access your Zoho Books account, click Launch next to Zoho Books from in your online dashboard, or visit Zoho Books to sign in.

Manage Your Zoho Books Account
Zoho Books’ features, services and subscriptions are managed by them directly. For additional help, visit the Zoho Books Support Centre.
Cancel Your Zoho Books Subscription
You can cancel your Zoho Books subscription from your Zoho Books account or directly from your online Square Dashboard.
To cancel your subscription from your Square Dashboard:
Visit in your online Square Dashboard > click My Apps.
Locate Zoho Books and click the X. Confirm you’d like to revoke access to your Square account.
Your cancellation will become effective immediately, but you can reconnect your Square account to Zoho Books at any time.
Note: If you cancel your subscription from your Zoho Books account, your cancellation will also become effective immediately.
