Navigate the Weebly Dashboard
The Weebly Dashboard is the first page you see when you log in to your Weebly account and contains all the information you need about your website. Your Dashboard allows you to customise and manage your websites, set up your online store and see your website activity.
Switch Between Sites
Every site you own or have access to has its own dashboard with information specific to that site. You can switch between your sites using the Site Switcher on the upper left side of your Dashboard. Clicking on the name of the selected website will bring up a list of all your sites and sites shared with you. Selecting a different site from this list will update the dashboard information to reflect that site. To the right of the site name is the options menu (. . .) where you can choose to Copy or Delete the site.
Change your Account Language
You can change the language of your Weebly Dashboard and Editor from the drop-down menu on the lower right corner of your screen. Note: This will not change the language of your website.
Manage Your Account
To access your profile and account settings, click on your site name in the upper right corner. Select Copy Site to make a copy of the selected website in your account, or Add site to create more sites.
Account Settings
The Account Settings area of your Dashboard is where you can view and manage all of Weebly services such as your personal information, saved payment methods and services. You can also view your previous purchases or download your data.
Website
Go to Website to:
Edit your website using the Weebly editor. Learn more about how to navigate the Weebly editor.
View and manage all Domains currently hosted at Square. You can also view and manage all of your email inboxes based on your domain(s). Learn more about and getting started with domains on Weebly.
Items
Go to Items to:
View the Site Items and Site Categories displayed on your website. Learn more about adding and editing your website’s items and categories.
View item Options. Learn more about item options and variations.
Add or edit vouchers for online use.
Change settings for Gift Cards.
Change settings for customer reviews.
Change item preferences.
Orders
Go to Orders to view and manage online orders.
Fulfilment
Go to Fulfilment to configure fulfilment options such as:
Delivery
In-Store and Click and Collect
In-House Delivery or On-Demand Delivery
Self-serve ordering
Reports
Go to Reports to have an in-depth look at your website and commerce statistics. View and compare your traffic, sales and marketing performance over the time period of your choice using the drop-down menus in each tab.
Note: Using advanced reporting requires an upgrade on your Square Online site.
Marketing
Go to Marketing to start setting up an email marketing campaign for your website, create ads on Facebook and manage your mailing lists.
Communications
Go to Communications to:
Set up Email & Text Alerts.
Add pop-ups to your website.
Set up Facebook Messenger .
Set up abandoned basket emails.
Settings
From the Settings tab, you can set up your online store information, connect your payment gateway, set up sales taxes and tracking tools and customise general settings.
