Upon completion of a 15 minute vent assessment, our technician will provide an estimated price and time required for the cleaning and / or repair. The price for a routine cleaning is usually an additional $195 plus tax and normally can be completed in 45 minutes or less. If you choose not to proceed, you will only be responsible for the $50 initial inspection fee plus applicable tax. $49.99 · 1 hour
