Private Jewelry Making Lessons

One-on-one classes as well as small group events in basic jewelry fabrication or specialized techniques. Making your own jewelry is rewarding and satisfying. Janise personally works with you to teach you step by step of every process to create jewelry in the styles you love to wear and give. This is your time, you have the flexibility to choose the project, style, technique, and speed of the session. This private lesson makes a great gift. Included: private instruction, use of Janise's studio, tools, and equipment during the lesson. Materials: You have the option of supplying your own materials or Janise can supply the materials (extra fee). Duration: Private instruction sessions are typically 2-3 hours. The number of hours and sessions required depends on the project and your current knowledge of the techniques. About Your Instructor: Janise is a multimedia artist and a juried jewelry artist and has exhibited her work in many galleries. She is experienced in various levels and many jewelry making techniques and enjoys sharing her knowledge with others. Fees: Private instruction begins at $35/hr per person + materials. A project planning fee may apply. (Due to COVID-19, there is a two student maximum at this time, and masks are required) Location: Sessions are held in Janise's studio or outdoors (weather permitting) in State College, PA. Your location could be an option, we can discuss this. Ordering & Payment Details: - Please select the number of instruction hours you would like to purchase in the qty box. - Materials are extra, fees vary by project, Janise will invoice before the classes begin. - You will receive a confirmation email. - Payment for private instruction is required to reserve studio and instructor. Recurring sessions may be billed weekly or monthly, your you are welcome to book here. -Janise will provide one invoice for group reservations. The invoice for group reservations may be split into two parts: a 50% non-refundable deposit, and the remaining balance due at time of service. -Payment for special order materials may be required in advance.
