If you'd like to use an FSA/HSA card, sometimes Square can be finicky about booking with it, so just book with a different card and send us an email that you'd prefer to use your HSA rather than your booking card. If this is your first appointment, please let us know if you want Zoom or In-Person, otherwise we assume it's whichever you did at your last meeting.

Cards are not charged automatically. If insurance is covering a cost, we charge according to what we're contracted. If you'll use multiple charge cards, you can send us what you'd like us to "Label / Nickname" each card. We don't have access to the actual credit card information.
