This option is for those who would like to host a workshop at their location (minimum of 5). I will travel to your location and will bring all necessary supplies to make seasonal potted arrangements. This will include: seasonal plants, soil, & container. You will provide a comfortable space for your guests that is protected from inclement weather, tables, table covers (optional), snacks & beverages (optional). Guests may choose to bring their own gloves & aprons. Additional supplies may be suggested depending on the project. In the "APPOINTMENT NOTES" section please include your ADDRESS & NUMBER of GUESTS that you will be attending, including yourself. Price will vary upon cost of materials and your location (pricing varies with project, +tax). Once I receive your appointment request I will reach out to confirm details.

Curious about forest bathing? Join me for an introductory session where you'll explore the basics of this calming practice. Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku (Japanese), is about mindfully immersing yourself in nature, allowing the environment to help you relax, de-stress, and reconnect.

This workshop will offer a gentle introduction to the practice, with simple activities and time spent in nature. You’ll learn how to slow down, engage your senses, and experience the peace that nature provides. This is a welcoming space for those new to forest bathing and interested in discovering its benefits.

While this session is designed to give you a taste of the practice, you'll also receive resources to continue your journey or find certified guides if you wish to dive deeper.
