• Plumbing Modifications: Adjust the plumbing to accommodate the new shower configuration. This may involve rerouting pipes, installing a new drain system, and ensuring proper water supply to the shower area.
• Waterproofing: Apply a membrane or system to protect the surrounding walls and floor from water damage. This step is crucial to prevent leaks and moisture issues in the future.
