A manual treatment for scars and adhesions. Gentle techniques are used to help promote and improve scars and the underlying tissue, regardless of the age of the trauma.

*Light Pressure

Sustained pressure on restricted, targeted areas of connective tissue (facia) surrounding the muscles and bones. Movement of the joint and skin are used until a greater range of motion is acquire . No oils or other mediums are used. This is a slow process, at times. Targeted areas are requested or maximum duration for a full effect.

*This is a medium-deep, sometimes painful massage.

Ice cups are administered over the entire body or locally directly on the skin.

Some of the benefits of cold therapy may help; reduce migraine symptoms, numb nerve irritation and reduce arthritic pain,

Silicone cups are placed on the skin to create a suction. A gliding movement is administered over areas of muscle tension and adhesions. Cups are placed locally and left on for a period of time.

Benefits of cupping therapy may help, increased blood circulation & promote cell repair, muscle tension relief and stimulate the immune & lymphatic system.
