The sauna appointment is up to a 45 minute session. The remaining 15 minutes of the hour is used for heating and preparing for the next appointment. Payment for the package type selected will be processed in person, at the time of the appointment. To hold your appointment, your card information is needed. A $5 cancellation/reschedule fee may be applied if not done 24 hours prior to your appointment.
