You can now choose to request prepayment when clients book online with Square Appointments, which offers greater protection from no-shows and covers you for any upfront costs. Learn more.

With version 1.4 of the Appointments app you can now create recurring appointments, charge cancellation fees, and view all future client appointments on your iPhone. Learn more.

Fresh new look for Invoices

Your Square Invoices customers will see a new and improved design. You can now change the color of your invoices, similar to your Square receipts. Learn more.

Customer Engagement tools updated for multilocation businesses

Customer Directory, Square Marketing, and Square Loyalty have all been updated to better support multilocation businesses. Now you can access a master directory of customers and send email campaigns to customers who’ve visited one, or all, of your locations. Loyalty programs now span all locations as well — customers can earn punches and redeem rewards no matter which location they visit.
