Now you can manage your client schedule across all your devices with Square Appointments. The new version of the app makes it easy to view multiple staff calendars, schedule appointments, and check clients out straight from your iPad. Download now.
Keep clients’ cards on file and send recurring invoices
Square Invoices has two new features to help you save time and get paid faster — Card on File and recurring invoices. Card on File lets you securely store and charge your customers’ credit cards after services are rendered. With recurring invoices, you can send bills and collect payments for the same amount at regular intervals (like each day, week, month, or year). Learn more.
Automatically calculate overtime in Square Employee Management
Now you can save time and simplify compliance with automatic overtime and double-time calculations within timecards. The new feature also allows you to export timecard reports and activity reports as .csv files. Learn more.
Direct-message your customers with Square Marketing
Did your customer leave something at your store? Or do you need to ask a question about a custom order? Now you can send one-to-one messages to your customers straight from the Customer Directory. Available to Square Marketing and Customer Engagement Pro subscribers. Learn more.
