SUMMER CAMPS WE OFFER
GIRLS GYMNASTICS CAMP
MGA Girls Gymnastics Summer Camp is for girls ages 4-12. This camp teaches fundamental to intermediate gymnastics skills on the four Olympic events: Floor, Vault, Bars, Beam
Students are not required to have any experience in order to attend camp, and those with experience will have their fundamentals reinforced with correct technique, and will have the opportunity to increase their skill level. Students also work on flexibility and strength, and get to have a good time with lots of fun team-building activities and games.
There are two weeks during the summer (weeks of June 12th and June 19th) where we host a competitive gymnastics camp, which works on beginning to advanced gymnastics skills, flexibility, endurance, and strength for girls who are already competitive gymnasts.
TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING CAMP
Trampoline and Tumbling, or “T&T” Camp is for boys and girls ages 6 and up. This is a great camp for cheerleaders who are looking to perfect their tumbling technique and increase their skill level, for boys and girls who do T&T, or for anyone who wants to learn how to flip! This camp includes training on:
- Spring Floor, Rod Floor. Trampoline, Double Mini Tramp, Air Track
Kids also get flexibility and strength training, plus time to do lots of fun team-building games and activities!
NINJA CAMP
Ninja Camp is the newest summer camp program offered by MGA! Camp is for boys ages 4 and up, and keeps them busy and active all day long with tons of fun and physically challenging activities. Ninja Camp activities include:
- Ninja Squad Obstacle Course, Tumbling on Trampolines and Spring Floors, Climbing, Flipping, Swinging, Jumping, Vaulting, Team Games and Activities.
