As of today Monday, August 8th, 2016 Vape stores:
1) We cannot build or install coils for you. Doing so is now illegal. Please do not ask us to do this under the table for you or as a favor
2) We cannot set up any newly purchased equipment
3) We cannot repair your defective equipment
4) We cannot upgrade your mods software
5) We cannot fill your tank with liquid or handle your device to troubleshoot an issue
Doing any of the above would make us a tobacco manufacturer
We can NOT let you sample liquids for free. If you would like to sample our flavors, the FDA and their deeming regulations is now requiring we charge you prior to sampling. There is no set amount, however it "cannot be a nominal fee." We will charge 2$ for unlimited flavor samples during your visit
We can NOT give you anything that would classify as a promotional material
Doing any of these things would make us a criminal – the FDA says
If you appear to be under the age of 27 – We will ask for your ID every time you enter the shop, even if you are a regular customer
NO MORE FREEBIES OR GIVEAWAYS OF ANY KIND
As of August 8, 2016 – you will see no NEW products introduced into the USA Vaping Market. NONE – any new product will require spending millions of dollars on testing just to attempt to get FDA approval
No new mods, no new tanks, no new RDA’s, and no new e-liquids or flavors can be developed
As of August 8, 2016 – we cannot say “smoke free, healthier, alternative to smoking, safer, saves lives” or make any other statements about the safety or advantages to vaping over smoking
WE HAVE ESSENTIALLY HAD OUR RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH TAKEN AWAY BY THE FDA
