The consult includes: *Full history of Mom and baby *Assessment of maternal breast anatomy and infant oral anatomy *Observing the feed for latch issues and correct positioning *Pre and Post Feed weights to see how much baby is transferring *Troubleshooting of any issues either reported or observed *Pumping evaluation/ correct flange size *Maternal diet assessment * Plan of Action for continued or maximizing breastfeeding success
