Your very first appointment with Moon Hill Acupuncture. During this time you can expect to go over your complete health history, have a full acupuncture treatment addressing your main concerns, and to have a discussion regarding a personalized treatment plan and what to expect going forward.

Returning patient acupuncture treatment including a review of previous treatment results, present symptoms and concerns, a full acupuncture treatment including auxiliary techniques if needed, and a follow up on the proceeding treatment plan.

In-Home Pregnancy/Postpartum Treatment

Acupuncture treatment takes place in the comfort of your own home during the first 4-6 weeks after giving birth. Treatment can be for a new patient or returning patient, and includes a review of present concerns, a full acupuncture treatment, the mother-warming technique, and dietary or lifestyle suggestions. Must be within a reasonable driving distance from the office location.

New Pediatric Patient Intake And Treatment/Herbal Consult

Initial appointment with pediatric patient (ages 0-16) and parents. Covers complete health history, rundown of daily habits, acupuncture treatment (with or without needles), plus herbal, dietary and lifestyle consultation.

Pediatric Return Acupuncture Treatment/Herbal Consult

Acupuncture treatments and Chinese herbal formulas are safe and effective for children of all ages. Ashlie uses a gentle probe or very tiny needles for pediatric treatments, depending on the comfort level of the child. These treatments, plus at-home dietary, massage, acupressure, and herbal recommendations will all help your little one feel more balanced.

45 Minute phone consultation is ideal for current patients who have not had an appointment in the last 4 weeks, are unable to visit in person, and need a reassessment for their treatment plan. Consult covers current state of health, tongue diagnosis, acupressure points to use, at home, lifestyle and dietary suggestions based in TCM, and herbal formula prescriptions.
