$99 Fee, per device. Time selected on calendar is the arrival window, not the amount of time the technician will be on-site. The diagnostics fee is for us to come to you and diagnose what the issue is. If the repair is approved, the diagnostics fee will apply to the cost of service for the repair. If you choose to not proceed with the repair, the diagnostics fee will remain. We charge flat-fee billing, per device, not by the hour.
