Data Recovery Analysis

We repair and recover data from all type of drives, and we're partnered with clean room recovery laps should your drive need physical repair and disassembly. $50 diagnostic charge to get started. At CAT Computers we have a one hour minimum charge for service. About 75% of all cases usually average between 1 - 1.25 hours. New customers receive a 20% off service discount on your first case. In the event your repair goes over one hour, we just bill in 15 minute increments. All in-store system check-in appointments are setup in 15 minute increments. Appointment duration only reflects system check-in time, not actual service. We do have a $30 cancellation fee for same day cancellations. For on-site repair at your home or business, we charge $125 for the first hour (no trip fees under 20 miles from Maplewood). New customers get a 20% discount on service for their first case.
